Warming Soup
Nice easy warming soup.
This is a good change to normal old vegetable soup.
It's very easy to make & is really tasty.

You Will Need

Step 1Roast the peppers on the flame until charred. Place in a bag to steam the skin off them.

Step 2Chop the onions & garlic into small pieces. Place a little oil into the base of a pan & add the onion & garlic.
Cook until translucent.

Step 3Chop & de seed the peppers. Add to the onion mixture & cook for 4 mins.

Step 4Add a jar/carton of tomato pasata & bring up to temperature.
Add the stock and leave to simmer for 20 mins.

Step 5Blend the soup with a stick blender and serve with crusty bread.
