I saw a similar case at an antique fair and decided to make my own version. Cut two Tomato shapes in the red felt then sew together with a small piece of red felt at the top, cover the join with the green felt top. Cut out some bits of fabric (I used some old linen) with pinking sheers and stitch inside.
