Tomato & Honey Butter Paneer
Butter panner in a sweet honey tomato sauce

You Will Need (14 things)
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 ml Single Cream
- 1 Onion , sliced
- Butter
- 4 Cloves Garlic , minced
- 200 g Chopped Tomatoes
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Tumeric
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Herbs
Steps (11 steps, 35 minutes)

Melt two tablespoons of butter in a frying pan with the shredded ginger and minced garlic.

Add the onion and fry until golden.

Heat the chopped tomatoes into a sauce pan and stir in honey.

Season with salt and black pepper to your liking and then stir in the balsamic vinegar.

Now add all the herbs and spices.

Stir in the cooked onions.

Stir in the cream and leave the sauce to simmer and thicken.

Chop the paneer into chunks.

Fry up the paneer with 2 tbsp butter until golden.

Add the golden panner to the thickened sauce.

Serve with rice, naan and all your favourite sides!
