I took one of those blank paper-mache forms you can buy at craft stores, and painted the covers pearly white and an ivory color for the "pages". Then I used the sticky tape transfer tecnique on a Tokidoki makeup add. I arranged the images and added some word collages of my own, then sprinkled lots of multicolored glitter on. Finally, a couple of coats of Modge Podge sealed it and I added tons of flatback rhinestones and pearls. (the skull cabs on the inside cover I made with a mold and added rhinestones as accents in the eyes.) You can find the instructions for doing the sticky tape transfer here: http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/sticky-tape-transfer-technique
