I went vegan for health reasons almost a year ago. And for the most part, I've followed my new vegan diet to the letter, and I feel fantastic!! Anyway, to celebrate my meat-free, dairy-free year, I present Tofu Salad! He's made of worsted weight acrylic, and basically is 6 sides sewn together and stuffed. Very easy project.
