You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 220 degrees.
Mix flour & salt together.
Make a well in the middle.

Step 2Add eggs & 100 ml of milk.
Mix to make a thick batter.

Step 3Add the remaining milk to form a smooth batter.
Place in the fridge.

Step 4Place the sausage & oil in a tray.
Bake for 10 mins.
Remove from the oven.

Step 5Pour the batter over the sausage.
Bake for 25-30 mins.

Step 6Serve.
