Victoria Secret magazines were the only ones I had lying around. Sorry bout that.
If you don't understand any of the steps, please feel free to ask. I'm not that great at explaining things.

You Will Need

Step 1Take a magazine page and fold it in half.

Step 2Open it back up and fold both ends into the middle. Once it looks like the picture, fold the edges into the middle again.

Step 3Now fold each side down as if you're making accordion folds.

Step 4Now fold that in half.

Step 5Fold in half again :3

Step 6Cut at the crease.

Step 7You will end up with two small pieces, and then a piece like this. Go ahead and cut this one at the crease too.

Step 8When you are done with that you should have four small pieces.

Step 9Okay put glue on one side of one of the pieces, and place another piece on top. Continue with the other two pieces until they are all glued together.

Step 10After that you should have something that looks like a small accordion.

Step 11
take a piece of scotch tape and cut it down the middle so that it's not as wide.

Step 12Take one of the pieces and tape it around the middle. Keep the other piece.

Step 13Spread the sides out so that it looks like this.

Step 14Now take the other piece of tape and slide it through the bobby pin. Lay the bow on top and tape around the part that you just taped.
