A little paint and scraps of paper is all you need to make basic clothespins into one of a kind accents.
Leave clothespins plain or spray-paint a variety of colors. For best results, do any spray painting outdoors and follow manufacturer's guidelines. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Gather favorite decorative papers, glue to wood; apply a top-coat of decoupage medium if desired. Let dry.
Gather embellishments such as cabochons, paper flowers, and beads and glue to the top portion. Use and enjoy!
