Simple jars turn frosty votive holders
A simple recipe of food coloring and decoupage medium is at the base of this project which lends itself to a myriad of frosty hues.

You Will Need

Step 1Pour a small amount of decoupage medium onto a "palette" such as a paper plate. Add drops of food coloring until you have the shade you like best. Swirl until the color is pretty even.

Step 2Brush the mixture onto smooth glass surface in even strokes.

Step 3Roll covered jar around in a generous amount of crystal clear glitter. Press to adhere well, patch-up any spots, allow to set. Use as candle votives, small vases or tidies; avoid getting wet.
