Using craft paint and a foam brush, paint white coffee filters in variations of at least two colors: petals and leaves. Use a light hand when applying color. Allow to dry well.
Cut leaf shapes from the green filters.
For the flower, push a finger into the center of the filter; allow the top to stay open and twist the bottom into a stem.
Position the leaf close to the bloom and secure with a short length of tape. Tie with a piece of fabric or ribbon; consider adding a millinery flower.
