Tiers Of Joy

Just lots of cupcakes i made one day (because "secretly" i loooove cupcakes)
The bun cases i used were those plastic ones that you reuse over and over.
the frosting was i think betty crockers stuff that you get in tubs.
just ordinary ready roll icing, i used cutters to make the flowers and built up my own roses.
Melted chocolate because its just yum
Ball bearings to, just to add the fanciness
annnd...silver pray (the edible kind) to give it a nice shine
