You will need

25 ml Gin (we like Warner Edwards Harrington Dry gin) 25 ml Sauvignon Blanc Wine 50 ml Apple Juice 20 ml Rosemary sugar Syrup A sprig of fresh Thyme 12 ½ ml Lemon Juice

Instructions

1. Add all of the ingredients to your mixing glass and shake hard with cubed ice. Double strain into large goblet or wine glass. Add some crushed ice and garnish with another sprig of thyme.

2. Best enjoyed in the garden on a summer's evening with friends
