You can use any jam you like. You can fill them with chocolate spread. Just make the hole when they are hot from the oven & fill.

You will need

125 g Butter 1/2 cup Sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 cup Self-Raising Flour Pinch Salt 1/2 cup Jam

You can use any jam you like. You can fill them with chocolate spread. Just make the hole when they are hot from the oven & fill.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.

2. 

   Add egg & vanilla. Mix together.

3. 

   Add flour & salt. Stir together.

4. 

   Flour your hands. Roll mixture into balls (roughly golf ball sized). Push a hole into the centre. Place on tray, approximately 5cm apart.

5. 

   Fill the hole with a little jam.

6. 

   Bake for approximately 15 mins, until golden brown. Remove from the oven & allow to cool.

7. 

   Serve.
