Thumb print biscuits
You can use any jam you like.
You can fill them with chocolate spread. Just make the hole when they are hot from the oven & fill.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add egg & vanilla.
Mix together.

Step 3Add flour & salt.
Stir together.

Step 4Flour your hands.
Roll mixture into balls (roughly golf ball sized).
Push a hole into the centre.
Place on tray, approximately 5cm apart.

Step 5Fill the hole with a little jam.

Step 6Bake for approximately 15 mins, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven & allow to cool.

Step 7Serve.
