Baby's first choo choo cake
This is my nephew's first birthday cake made by baking a chocolate sheet cake (sorry family recipe) and then cutting it into pieces to create a 1 shape, I don't do number pans, I just haven't got the space or the money for them. Then decorated it with buttercream piped in the Wilton style of star shaped piping and then adding hand cut miniature flowers, chocolate cookie tracks, mini marshmallow clouds and and small Thomas the Tank Engine toy from the Thomas magazine. We wolfed it down om nom nom nom.
