Themed Top Hats!!

I got the idea for the base of the hat from Monika Gottindottir's "recycled mini top hat". From there I just simply went with whatever I thought would be pretty. I used barrettes glued to the bottom to put them in your hair. I liked the idea of themed fabrics as a start and then going from there. Hope you like them! They are tons of fun to make!
