This project was based on a pin I pinned long before I had my son and finally got around to making when he was about 9 months old...naturally. Unfortunately I don't have a source for this as the pin clicks to through to a 404 but I pinned it to my very overdue Spring 2012/2013 board. 3 down, 16 to go.

Instructions

1. 

   Be inspired! This was the original pin I drew my inspiration from.

2. 

   And as this is a refashion we of course need to start with the original garment which I picked up for 3.99 at my local corporate thrift store.

3. 

   Let's just cut below that logo shall we?

4. 

   Much better. And a little shaping to show off cute little waists.

5. 

   I used some fabric from the sleeve to create the finishing touch.

6. 

   Because everything (almost) is better with a bow.

7. 

   And voila! Adorable miniskirts for everyone!
