It uses the only high-end banana liqueur (made with Brazilian bananas) that I have ever come across. The acid in the yogurt liqueur provides a nice balance to the tropical and spice flavor...instant vacation.

You will need

1 ½ oz Of Cruzan aged Rum ½ oz Of Giffard Banana Liqueur ¼ oz Pineapple Juice 1 barspoon of Velvet Falernum 1 1 float of Bols Yogurt Liqueur Cardamom

1. Roll and serve in a Collins glass on ice add a 1 barspoon float of Bols Yogurt Liqueur Garnish: dash of ground cardamom
