This was a fabulous project, I decided to use cord and opted for slightly chunkier African brass beads to make it mine. As for adding my own personal touch... I made it a dual strand... It's Summer in Africa almost always, I will get good use of this necklace and if it breaks... I can reuse the beads to make another one! I love this project.
