I found this darling broach in an antique store and knew it would be perfect, especially with all the hunger games craze going on. I removed the back pin so that it could be used as a pendant

    cut the chain into two 9-inch pieces

    now take each 9-inch piece and cut it into 2 small lengths, one 4 inches and one 5 inches.

    take two large jump rings and used them to secure the two upper arrow shafts to the 4 inch chain pieces

    slide the turquise beads onto the eyepins, cut and bend the long end of the wire into a matching loop to secure the beads. now atttach one end on the eyepin onto the 4 inch chain of the necklace and a piece of 5 inch chain onto the other end

    now using your leftover jumprings, attatch a clasp to one side and a ring to the other and it's ready to wear!
