You Will Need (2 things)
- 1 T Shirt
- 1 Peplum Top
Steps (9 steps, 45 minutes)
-
1
grab that just-doesn’t-fit-right peplum top that’s been lurking in your stash
-
2
turn it inside out and chop straight through under the arms
-
3
*and here’s my latest groovtastically simple-and-oh-comfy waistband trick:
snag a tot t-shirt a bit smaller than the width of your waist & slice it under the arms
-
4
fold the bottom bit over itself with right-sides-facing
-
5
stitch the open edges together and your awesome new waistband is complete!
-
6
Pop it over the chopped bottom of the peplum with right-sides-facing and raw edges lined up & stitch together
-
7
zig zag over the outside seam for extra strength
-
8
and your superbly swing-y skirt is done!

Add some sparkle with a vintage sequined top + shimmery quirky fox ears, slip on your dancing shoes & celebrate in style!
