First off, cut 4 strips of paper measuring 12cm x 2cm.
After that, use pins to pin them down on the back of your blouse. Use tape measure or a ruler to make sure they're even.
Now Trace around the strips of paper.
Cut them out. Warning!: Make sure you keep the leftover strips that u have just cut out.
Use the fabric from the cut-out strips to create the diamond shapes.
Cut off any extra fabric from the ties.
And your done ! (:
