These coin purses are useful for presenting small gifts like jewelery. For a frilly friend perhaps?
Print off the template and cut one from your main fabric, 1 from lining. (the template has a 1cm seam allowance)
Sew, right sides together, leaving a gap for turning. Clip the seam allowance around curves and corners.
Turn and topstitch down the short straight side.
Sew a buttonhole on the curved end like so.
Fold up the blunt end to form a pocket and a flap, then topstitch around the whole thing.
Sew a button to the front.
Iron the flap over and button up!
Alternatively, sew a snap fastener on the flap and pocket.
Then sew a cute ribbon bow on the front!
