Banana bread cake dessert
I'd tried a banana bread recipe from this website before, but it didn't come out very well. Then a friend baked some that was DELICIOUS, so I borrowed her recipe and made it myself!
Here's what you will need:
8oz Self Raising flour
1/4 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
Pinch of salt
3oz butter
6oz caster sugar
2 medium eggs
1lb bananas
4oz walnuts or raisins

Step 1Mix together the Bicarbonate of Soda, salt, and half the flour.

Step 2Cream the butter and sugar until pale fluffy.

Step 3Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture, with a little more flour.

Step 4Mash up the bananas, then stir into the mixture with the remaining flour and walnuts/raisins (whichever you want!)

Step 5Pour mixture into a loaf tin, and put in the oven for an hour and a half on gas mark 4.
Enjoy!
AND IT'S MADE WITH REAL BANANAS!!!!!!!!!
