Thai Peanut Noodles.
A nice flavour of peanut without over powering the full dish.
Cook the noodles according to instructions.
Mix the chicken stock, peanut butter, honey, soya, pepper flake, garlic & ginger together until smooth.
Cook the chicken.
Add the veg.
Add the veg
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Stir to combine.
Combine the noodles & chicken together.
Plate the noodles & sprinkle with spring onions & peanut.
