Turn boring potato chips into legit BBQ chips that taste just like Lays!
I made this dry rub in honor of Texas Independence Day! It's amazing and I love it and you should put it on all your chips because it's delicious.

    Then just stack them up and eat as many as you can before your guests know what’s happening.

    Obviously you can use this on meat as well, but I don't eat meat so I care a lot less about that than I do about BBQ potato chips. It's also vegetarian safe as a lot of BBQ chips aren't because they have some sort of animal fat in them. So if you're veg or even Vegan go to town on these chips!
