Pour enough rocks into your container to make a layer 1 approximately 2 ?2" deep. Carefully pour in a 1" to 11?2" layer of charcoal.
Add a layer of soil thick enough to reach slightly higher than the midpoint of your container.
Arrange the succulents to your liking. Plant them and gently pack down the soil all around them.
Add decorations (if you wish) to personalize the landscape. That’s it!
