This is easy to make. It can be served with rice if you prefer. You can add vegetables to the dish if you wish. I always make extra sauce to pour over the noodles.
This is easy to make. It can be served with rice if you prefer. You can add vegetables to the dish if you wish. I always make extra sauce to pour over the noodles.
Heat oven 400/200 degrees. Place cornflour & water in a pan. Mix to combine.
Add all other sauce ingredients. Stir to combine.
Heat until the sauce begins to thicken. Remove from the heat, set aside.
Place chicken in a dish. Cover with sauce. Stir through to coat all pieces.
Place in oven for 35 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Stir a couple of times during cooking.
Boil noodles.
Serve the chicken on a bed of noodles, garnished with sesame seeds.
