Its not necessary, just follow the above steps with a white shadow, then repeat with the color of your choice

Yes, cream works as well, just use more pigments.

If you're using a liquid leave in conditioner, use a 1 to 1 ratio. But if you're using a cream, I would add a little more pigment. And yes, you can store it! The liquid tends to dry out over time, but you can always add more conditioner or water

in you use eyeshadow, how much conditioner do u put in and how much eye shadow?
and also can u save it in like a ziplock baggie or sumthing?
