Start by choosing the beads you want on your teardrops.
Cut a few inches of stringing wire and thread in your beads.
Slide a crimp bead over both ends of the wire. Adjust it so that the teardrop is the size you want. Flatten it. Repeat the stringing and crimping for the other side and smaller drops, being sure that the tear drops for opposite sides are the same size.
Use the jump rings to attatch the teardrops to the earring hooks. Tah-dah!
