Stencilled half elasticated steampunk style lolita skirt
Half elasticated lolita skirt made from a soft polycotton fabric in a classic teal colour. Hand stencilled gears on one side of the skirt create a feature. Finished at the bottom with brown lace, and features a clip on matching bow to either be pinned to the skirt or slid onto a headband.
