You must soak the fruit overnight. You can use a loaf tin to make this fruit cake.

You will need

350 ml Tea Freshly brewed 2 eggs 350 g Dried Fruit 200 g Brown Sugar 270 g Self-Raising Flour

Description

You must soak the fruit overnight. You can use a loaf tin to make this fruit cake.

Instructions

1. 

   Soak the fruit in the tea overnight.

2. 

   Heat oven 160 degrees. Add the eggs & the sugar to the fruit mixture. Stir through.

3. 

   Add the flour. Stir through.

4. 

   Pour into a tin. Bake for 40-50 mins until cooked through.

5. 

   Cut & serve.
