Tea light holder from cement.
This home made tea light holder is awesome.

With cement you can do a lot of nice things ,that is what i want to show with this.
The shape of the plastic basket will difine the size of your holder.

In the mean time you can take the tea dish and the tea light.
Put it on the dish and mark the dish with the marker (so you do not push the dish in the cement to far).
Now you push the dish in the cement till you have it on the mark.
