These are a few of my favorite things.
I tried a new flavor of tea and ended up really not liking the flavor--but the scent of the tea (Apples and Cinnamon by Bigelow Teas) was comforting and reminded me of Autumn. I decided to use one of the fragrant tea bags to decorate a flower arrangement. I started by buying two coordinating bunches of daisy pomps--one was Vyking style with light orange petals and a dark brown center, and the other was daisy style with burgundy petals and a light yellow center. I wrapped the tea mug in brown paper, then embellished with ivory lace ribbon. I removed the paper from the end of the tea bag string and replaced it with pretty scrabooking paper, then taped it to the mug as well. I stripped all the foliage off the pomps and arranged them in a dome shape, with the shortest stem lengths resting on the lip of the mug and the longest ones free-standing in the middle. Tah-dah!
