A quick and fun way to decorate your easter eggs :)
On Easter we realized we didn't have any dye for the eggs! So we grabbed some crayons and glitter and temporary tattoos. It turns out they work just as well on eggs as they do on skin :)
I don't have any pictures but the project is pretty self-explanitory, if you have any questions feel free to ask

  • Step 1

Pick which temporary tattoos you want to use, the smaller the better because it works best when the tattoo doesn't have to curve much around the egg.

  • Step 2

Peel off the plastic covering on the tattoo and stick it where you want it on the egg. Get a wet washcloth or paper towel and hold it over the back of the tattoo for about 30 seconds. Check before you peel off the tattoo, you might need to add more water and hold it on for longer.

  • Step 3

Peel off the backing and there you have it, temporary tattoos on eggs! :)

water, vinegar and food colouring work if you don't have those tablets. i wonder how that would work over tattoos?

Good idea, I never thought of this before! I was getting tired of dying mine and having them not come out how I wanted.
