This is the topper to my cosplay costume for the Tardis. Cut a square for the base from the craft foam. Cut a circle and make into a shallow cone from the craft foam. Cut 4 pieces of the pipe cleaner the length of the cup. Epoxy together and add the pony bead to the top of the cone. Exopy to the headband and done. The glueing takes the most time, I did it in two stages.
