Taco Casserole
This is easy to make.
It can be made in advance.
You can make it more or less spicy to taste.

You Will Need

Step 1Chop onions, garlic & chillies.

Step 2Cook veg for a few mins.

Step 3Add mince.
Cook out.

Step 4Add the seasoning.
Stir through.

Step 5Add tomatoes.
Stir through.

Step 6Add salsa.
Stir through.

Step 7Add stock & simmer until reduced to half.

Step 8Crush corn chips.
Layer into Casserole dish.

Step 9Layer meat sauce on top of chips.

Step 10Layer cheese on top of sauce.

Step 11Continue to layer items until all is used.

Step 12Place in oven 200 degrees for 20 mins.

Step 13Serve.
