Step 1Brown mince, peppers & onions.

Step 2Add cumin, cayenne, garlic & paprika.
Stir through.

Stir through.

Step 4Add tomatoes & salsa.
Stir through.

Step 5Add beef stock & water.
Reduce heat & simmer until rice is cooked.

Step 6Stir through the beans.

Step 7Top with cheese.
Sprinkle with spring onions.
