T Shirt Shrug

Literally it took me 5 minutes to make from an old black Hanes t-shirt and some ribbon. I am definitely going to make more. It is very flattering on everyone.

First, I dug through my collection of shirt. No wonder I'm in a style slump. The amount of black t-shirts is staggering. Then, I cut off the collar and down the front. I wasn't too specific. I just eyeballed the cut. After quickly running the edges under the iron, I sewed up the one inch casing. At the neckline, I actually rounded it out rather than making a turn. What can I say, I'm lazy. I found the ribbon in my craft drawer and Presto!
