Finally! A use for all those old t-shirts!
I had a lot of old t-shirts the last time I cleared out my cupboards. So I cut them into 12" x 12" squares, and created a quilt out of them!

I didn't have quite enough though so I did go begging and got extras from my Dad and lil sis. So it's a family quilt too (unfortunately my Mum and big bro didn't have any to contribute).

Say hi to my teddy Snuffy!

It isn't a tutorial but it's very easy - just cut your tshirts into 12"x12" square, and arrange them into five columns of seven, then sew the columns together. To back it I used a quilted mattress protector, or you can sew to to a blanket, or do it properly by sewing a large square of material to the back and stuffing it using wadding then bind the edge.
