Description

In this tutorial I'll show how to make an elegant pearl beaded bracelet. You might find the technique of making the bracelet a little tricky at first but once you get handy with wire and beads you can't stop yourself from making more!

Instructions

  1. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 062151 step1

Hold the wire from any one end but do not cut it from the bundle, Insert the bead into the wire, Create a loop at the end by using the looping plier,

  2. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 062316 20140409 124855

Push the pearl bead towards the first loop and create another loop at the other end.

  3. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 062415 wrapping 1

After you're done making the second loop, twist the wire around the second loop, adjacent to the bead, Circle the wire around the twisted wire 4-5 times or as many times as you want.

  4. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 062522 coiling

After completing the 3rd step twist the remaining wire half way around (diagonally) the bead, to the other end.

  5. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 062609 wrapping 2

This time, create the outer circle of the second swirl and carefully circle the wire towards the center to complete the swirl, Cut off extra wire when done

  6. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 062659 linking%2bbeads

When you're done making the swirl wrapped beads, link them through the loops, Notice that each bead has an open loop you can easily link the beads through them. Link one open loop with a closed loop.

  7. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 063120 picmonkey%2bcollage1

To make the closure cut a small piece of wire (8-10 cm), Bend the wire into half and tighten the bent part using a flat nose plier, Use the looping plier to bend the wire again to create a hook-like pattern, For the other end use the looping plier to create loop.

  8. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 063258 closure

Make as many jump ring as you want (or at least 10), Attach the hook with the bracelet through another jump ring.

  9. Small 101410 2f2014 05 01 063420 closure1

Attach the jump rings (5-6) together and link them with the bracelet, You can adjust the size of the bracelet by linking the hook with these jump rings. There, done!
