sweet taters in orange cups
this is a fancy schmancy dish my mama made when i was a wee child every thanksgiving and xmas. she always made about a dozen.. sheesh, that's alot of work.

You Will Need

Step 1bake sweet potatoes (these were huge so i baked them at 400* for about 2 hrs). let them cool and peel.

Step 2halve your juicy oranges

Step 3scoop the pulp and juice, keep it for later

Step 4"fork" the taters, add some butter and some orange pulp and some pecans if you so desire

Step 5spoon the mix into the orange half and pile on the marshmallows

Step 6stick 'em under the broiler til the marshmallows start to caramelize
