Step 1
Juice up that lemon and add about a couple teaspoons of sweetener.
Put in freezer just long enough for it to be slushy.
Mix 3-4 small to mid sized shredded mint leaves into your lettuce.
Top with fresh sliced strawberries and use about a table spoon slushy lemon dressing on top.
