Handsewn Butterick 5474. I had to take in the collar a bit, and I understitched it to keep the facing from rolling forward. I also used fusible instead of sew-in interfacing (since my fabric was already very stiff) and opted for an invisible hem instead of a topstitched one. Otherwise I followed the pattern exactly.
