lightly brown 6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, set aside
for sauce: 6 T sugar 2 T soy sauce 1 T wine 3 T vinegar 1/2 c pineapple juice 3 T ketchup 1/2 c water 2 T corn starch (sauce can be doubled or tripled ) mix all but cornstarch and water and bring to boil, boil 1 minute then mix cornstarch with water and add to sauce, stirring until thickened Set aside
Vegetable mix: julienne green peppers, carrots 1 can drained water chestnuts chopped onion 2 cloves minced garlic stir fry in oil until onion is clear
mix sauce, chicken, vegetables and 1 can pineapple (drained) not crushed and place in 10 x 15 pan bake at 350 1 1/2 hours
