Swedish Potato Salad

A Swedish inspired potato salad with apple, capers, cucumber and dill

You Will Need (11 things)

  • 750 g Baby Potatoes
  • 2 Apples
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • 1 Celery stick
  • 4 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tbsp Soured Cream
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp Mustard
  • Fresh Dill
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Sea Salt

Steps (7 steps, 15 minutes)

    Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the baby potatoes and leave to simmer for 18 minutes.

    Chop the potatoes, apples, cucumbers and celery stick.

    Mix together with the capers.

  4. 4

    Whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and dill. Season with freshly ground black pepper and sea salt.

    Pour the dressing over the salad.

    Mix well to combine.

    Top with some more fresh dill and serve.
