Swedish Meatballs & Gravy
This is a quick & easy dinner to make.
I used store bought meatballs & made the tasty gravy that gives them a home feel.
You can serve them with potatoes, pasta, noodles, etc.

Step 1Melt butter.
Add flour, cook out for a few mins.

Step 2Add the stock a little at a time.
Cook out until thickened.

Step 3Add the mustard.
Stir through.

Step 4Lower the heat.
Add the cream.
Heat through.

Step 5Add in the meatballs.
Heat through

Step 6Serve with mash & veg.
