How I made a floating necklace without a beading board
I wanted to make a floating necklace but it proved difficult without a beading board. So I took a cork hot pad, covered it with a thin white cloth and started pinning the beads to it. Another way is to string them and pin your arrangement to the cork pad. Not very convenient but works in cases of emergency :) I bid for the Swarovski beads on ebay, so the sterling silver elements were the most expensive part :)
