I made this necklace to a friend of mine who is just as cute as this little thing. It's very simple. Just make a tiny teddy (you can find the pattern on the site I linked). Then grab some ribbons and jump rings. Insert a jump ring on the top of teddy's head. I used pink satin ribbon and white organza ribbon. I put 4 more rings on the ribbons to make an effect.
