5 g Butter Cheddar Cheese 12 surimi sticks 40 g Flour 2 Eggs 250 ml Milk 1 tbsp Heavy Cream 100 g Grated Cheese 7 Cherry Tomatoes Salt Pepper

1. 

   Mix the flour and the eggs with the milk Add the surimi sticks cut into slices, the grated cheese and the cream Pour into a buttered dish Add one or two tomatoe wedges Bake at 120 degrees for about 20 minutes Serve with a salad
